You can avail a Discount of 3% on all digital payments modes, when you book Unreserved Tickets on RailOne App. This is a limited period offer that is valid till 31 March 2027. This excludes R-Wallet bookings.
In case of R-Wallet bookings, the R-Wallet cashback of 3% will continue separately up to 24 August 2028.
RailOne app is the all-in-one single app for all passenger services, launched by the Indian Railways on 1 July 2025.
RailOne integrates all the passenger services by Indian Railways such as: booking Reserved and Unreserved tickets, Unreserved and platform tickets, Live train tracking, Enquiries about Trains, PNR, Grievance redressal, Food on Train or E-catering, porter booking, and also for last-mile taxi.
Till date, there has been over 4.55 crore downloads of RailOne App and about 9.65 lakh tickets (2.75 lakh reserved and 6.89 lakh Unreserved) are being booked on the RailOne App daily, on an average.

RailOne features a single-sign-on with login via mPIN or biometric. It also supports your existing RailConnect and UTS credentials, if you have one. It has a seamless single sign-on (SSO) system that removes the need of remembering several passwords.
Once installed, you can use your existing user credentials of RailConnect or UTSonMobile App to register on RailOne. With this app, you now don't need to have different apps for different services of Indian Railways.
This comprehensive, all-in-one mobile app is available for download on Google Play Store for Android devices and on iOS App Store for Apple devices.
