Here's the details of this new integrated super app for Indian Railways train tickets booking, checking, help, feedback and more.
RailOne App, by the Indian Railways, has been launched today, on 1 July 2025. This is an all-in-one app which provides a one-stop solution for all railway passenger services in India by integrating together the functions and features of different existing apps related to passenger services of Indian Railways.
Now available for download on Android Play Store and iOS App Store, this new app integrates all the passenger services by Indian Railways such as: booking Reserved and Unreserved tickets, Unreserved and platform tickets with 3% discount, Live train tracking, Enquiries about Trains, PNR, Grievance redressal, Food on Train or E-catering, porter booking, and also for last-mile taxi.
Reserved tickets will continue to be offered on IRCTC as usual. RailOne app has also been authorised by IRCTC, like many other commercial apps which have partnered with it.

As per the announcement of Ministry of Railways, RailOne is focused on improving passenger interface with railways.
This new integrated all-in-one app RailOne is the final release version of what was earlier called the SwaRail app which was in a beta testing phase. It's link on Android now has the name RailOne instead of SwaRail.
This is the first public release of this SuperApp called RailOne which was earlier called as SwaRail during its initial beta testing period. This official app for Indian Railways is now live and available to everyone.
What does RailOne mean for us railway travellers?
This app can be very convenient for railways passengers for booking buying train tickets as well as using other services or assistance during train travels, and also helpful for enquiring, registering grievances, etc.
As this new app integrates various railway services within itself, you don't need to have multiple apps in your phone for doing the same anymore, thus being more convenient as well as saving more space on your mobile device.
And of course, you'll still be able to continue using the Indian Railways' official websites as usual, for booking and other purposes, using a web browser on your devices. For example, the IRCTC website for ticket bookings and more services, and RailMadad website for grievance redressal.
Nonetheless, having a single app for multiple purposes, all in one single app now, is truly very convenient than having to use multiple apps until now.
